An anthropomorphic Ewe, Fon terracotta figure from a Mono River area, on the border of Togo and Benin, open at the bottom and hollow within, flared open base, the body with short arms, the left arm is missing, the round head with pierced eyes and mouth showing two rows of teeth, the ears are worked as rings, the whole is decorated with zoomorphic figures in relief; reddish surface with remnants of white kaolin, traces of age and ritual use.

The kind of figures were used for the Voodo cult. Placed on ancestral altars they receive oblations of millet gruel.
